Dr. Kofos earned his DMD degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, graduating cum laude, prior to completing his Orthodontic residency and simultaneous masters in medical science from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kofos has won several awards for his research in dental materials and aims to bring cutting-edge, scientifically backed technology to the forefront of his clinical practice of orthodontics.

He is a proud member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He is highly trained in both Invisalign treatment and traditional braces. Dr. Kofos currently lives in Boston with his wife, 2-year-old son, and two large dogs. Having grown up in the greater Boston area, he is an AVID Boston sports fan. He loves comedy, the arts, and you can catch him playing pick-up basketball or writing music when he’s not in the clinic treating and laughing with patients of all ages!

Your First Visit

Your first visit will include a consultation and evaluation. Our pretreatment records include a panoramic radiograph, facial photos, and a 3D scan of your mouth. We will thoroughly review every record with you and work with you to determine the best course of treatment. Dr. Kofos welcomes all questions and thoroughly enjoys the collaborative treatment planning process.
